He kept meeting people with real ideas and raw drive who were stuck—not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked a system. So we stopped waiting for the right environment to exist. We decided to build it ourselves. TheBuilders.id started with one question: What if we created a space where early-stage founders could get clarity, find co-founders, and start moving immediately? > That’s exactly what we’re doing. TheBuilders.id is a movement powered by Voundyer —an ecosystem built on one core belief: the right environment changes everything. Voundyer exists to build the infrastructure of innovation across Indonesia. From community and programs to the actual tools founders use, we create the touchpoints that builders need to actually start, survive, and grow. The Builders is where that mission becomes reality.

Why 1.000? Because one or two success stories don't change a country. To move the needle, you need density. Indonesia has the talent and the market. What it’s missing is a high-density environment where enough companies are being built at the same time—with enough support—that failure becomes a lesson instead of a dead end. Why Indonesia? This is our home. This is what we know. The gap between ambition and infrastructure here is real, but it’s solvable. Why Now?
